How fast can you get someone on site?
It depends on the role and location, but we move fast. Tell us your start date when you reach out and we'll be straight with you about timing.
Who handles pay and workers' comp?
We do. Our people are paid by Vanguard and covered by our workers' comp. You approve timecards and we send one bill.
Do you staff short-term or long-term jobs?
Both. We cover single-phase needs and full projects from mobilization to closeout.
What if a placement isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll make it right. Your one point of contact handles it directly so your schedule doesn't slip.
